All collectible toy orders must record a complete uncut unboxing video.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds without a valid unboxing video.
2. Factory Minor Defects
Brand new items may have tiny paint flaws, slight scratches, or small manufacturing imperfections.
These minor defects are normal and non-refundable & non-returnable.
3. Damaged / Broken Items
If your items are broken, severely damaged, or have serious quality issues during shipping,please contact us with your unboxing video for return or exchange.
